DISHA Career Guidance and Placement Cell of Kateel Ashok Pai Memorial College plays a pivotal role in guiding students toward successful professional careers. The Placement Cell conducts regular career guidance sessions, soft skill workshops, aptitude training, personality development programs, and mock interviews to enhance students’ readiness for the job market. It also provides mentorship and counselling for students aspiring to pursue higher studies or competitive examinations.
