Undergraduate (UG) Admission
How to Apply
- Students are encouraged to visit the campus to learn more about the various courses offered and to explore the facilities available.
- Interact with the Admission Committee to obtain detailed information about the college and the courses offered.
- After exploring the available programs, select the course of your choice for admission.
- Complete the application form carefully by providing accurate information and attaching all the required documents listed below.
Documents to Submit with Application
- Duly filled in application form.
- Photocopy of Marks Cards.
- Revised Caste / Income certificate.
Documents to Produce at the Time of Admission
- PUC Original Marks Card or Provisional marks card duly signed by the Head of the Institution + One Photocopy.
- SSLC Original Marks card and One Photocopy.
- Transfer Certificate (Original and One Photocopy).
- Caste Certificate One Photocopy.
- Income certificate One Photocopy.
- Passport size photos – 4 and stamp size photo – 1.
- Applicant’s Bank Pass book Photocopy.
- Aadhaar Card 2 Photocopies.
Note: Students are required to carry all the above-mentioned documents in both hard and soft copies during the admission process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Admissions are strictly based on merit.
- Any student who has passed PUC/10+2/Pre-University equivalent courses in Science, Commerce, or Arts is eligible for admission.
- If a student does not join during the prescribed time, the admission will be cancelled and the seat will be allotted to the next student.

Admission through UUCMS Portal
The Unified University and College Management System (UUCMS) is an integrated digital platform developed to enhance higher education management in Karnataka, ensuring transparency and efficiency across institutions.
"Upon completion of the admission process at the college, students will be guided by the office to complete UUCMS admission formalities using the link below."
Steps:
- UUCMS New Candidate Registration.
- Fill the application with accurate information.
- Once verified by college, pay university fees through UUCMS (excluding college fees).
- After payment, admission will be officially confirmed by the university and college.
Note: For any concerns or technical issues, contact the KAPMC office or Department HoD.
Postgraduate (PG) Admission
Eligibility and Admission Procedure through Government Quota
- Candidates who have passed the B.A or B.Sc in Psychology from recognized universities/institutions.
- Minimum required percentage is 45% for GM/IIA/IIB/IIIA/IIIB, 40% for Category I, and 35% for SC/ST candidates.
- 50% (20) seats will be filled by Kuvempu University through counselling via UUCMS as per University rules.
- Candidates must physically appear with original documents and prescribed fees at the counselling centre on the admission date.
- 50% (20) seats will be filled through management quota as per college rules.
Management Quota Admission
- Transfer Certificate (Original + One Copy).
- Migration Certificate (if applicable).
- SSLC Original Marks Card and One Photo Copy.
- II PUC Original Marks Card and One Photo Copy.
- II PUC Attested Marks Sheet.
- AADHAAR Copy of Student.
- Caste & Income Certificate Copy.
- Passport-size Photos – 4 Copies.
- Bank Passbook Copy.
Note: All above-mentioned documents must be carried in both hard and soft copies during admission.
Documents for PG Admission
- Graduation Original Marks Card and One Copy.
- Graduation Attested Marks Sheet.
- AADHAAR Copies of Student and Parent/Guardian.
- Caste & Income Certificate Copy.
- Passport Size Photos – 4 Copies.
- Bank Passbook Copy.
