Objectives: The objectives of the Association are as follows:

• To form an alumni association of Kateel Ashok Pai Memorial College.
• To strive for the development of the college building.
• To award and recognize the talented students of the college and to provide financial assistance to the poor students.
• To celebrate national festivals and organize cultural programs for the members and the public.
• To assist almameta in internships pre job training, placements and internships.
• To collaborate in research projects.
• To actively participate in bridging the gap between curriculum and industry by providing appropriate suggestions, recommendations, trainings and workshops.
• To develop reading rooms and libraries for the use of members and public.
• To honor distinguished persons who have rendered significant service in the field of education.
• To develop hostels for the benefit of students.
• To organize sports activities.
• To do other things related to the above objectives.

To do the following things for the achievement of the above objectives.

1. To collect money from members, public, government, banks and other organizations by means of subscriptions, donations, fees, grants, loans, advances, etc.
2. To purchase and rent properties such as furnitures, other learning equipment brary bodks laboratory materials, ICT equipment’s to acquire, use and dispose of, on lease or otherwise, buildings such as community halls, theatres, to assist in the development of the same.
3. To organize meetings, conferences, seminars and exhibitions.
4. The income of the Society (however derived) shall not be distributed in any manner whatsoever to the members or to any other person and shall be used only for the purpose of carrying out the objectives of the Society.
5. The Secretary of the Society is empowered to submit the Memorandum and Articles of Association to the Registrar and to deal with them.
